Well, it's time to go and it's now or never. No one ever came back out to the signing booth. I ask the Moonridge ladies if Garett could still sign my picture.

He very graciously comes out of the green room to sign my photo.

I'm thrilled, I'm tongue_tied. I do manage to thank him for the autograph. Garett thanks me for coming to the event! I wish I had said something intelligent, ..."yes this is a wonderful cause. Thank you for bringing it to our attention."

This would have been a great opportunity to ask to have a photograph taken of us facing the camera, but my brain would of actually of had to be working to think of that.

Mission accomplished. It's about 3:15 and we're ready to go. I later hear that Richard Burgi arrived at 3:20. Oh well, maybe another time, my adventurous impulses are maxed out anyhow.

Heading down the mountain and this time I can really enjoy the views.

It's downhill all the way home now, and it's not even dark yet. Hope this gives the people who were not able to make it to Moonridge a little taste of the day. Looking forward to the DUG events now!
